After poring through the data, the research team isolated specific factors that influenced team effectiveness: "Psychological safety""
Psychological safety refers to an individual's perception of the consequences of taking an interpersonal risk or a belief that a team is safe for risk taking in the face of being seen as ignorant, incompetent, negative, or disruptive. In a team with high psychological safety, teammates feel safe to take risks around their team members. They feel confident that no one on the team will embarrass or punish anyone else for admitting a mistake, asking a question, or offering a new idea."
Google discovered that for teams to work well together, team members must feel comfortable enough to be themselves. Then, and only then, can they contribute to their full potential.Work to build a psychologically safe culture in your workplace by doing the following:
- Listen more, talk less.
- Praise generously.
- Reframe negative feedback.
- Pay attention.

Saat proses validasi, baik dari CV - PV - BMV - bahkan MV...
imho perlu mengetahui level customer-mu, agar validasi kita hasilnya bener.
Pas ketemu customer (apalagi klo bermain di area B2B dan sudah fase BMV keatas), pastikan customer yg kalian temui ada dimana:
- Apakah dia as USER ?
- Apakah dia INFLUENCER ?
- Apakah dia DECISION MAKER ?
Kesuksesan validasi kita tergantung deteksi kita saat ketemu customer dan follow up-nya sesuai profile customer tsb

Growth Hacking kuy!!
Hacking : membongkar/melakukan cara2 yg "belum tentu" dipikirkan org lain
Growth : pertumbuhan
Growt Hacking = gabung aja kedua definisi tsb :P
Contoh : mis kita punya target dapat atensi dari mgt, agar semakin tumbuh dukungannya pd kita.
Salah satu HOW: kita berusaha slalu keliahtan oleh mgt dg cara soft ( tanpa mengajukan diri), yaitu ikutin acara mgt. Mis : senam, olahraga, meetup.
Tapi bedanya adalah kita ngajak "pasukan" yg udah didandani make kaos produk kita scr menyolok. So, tanpa sadar mgt akan aware thdp kita.
Ini baru prosea akuisisi, proses berikutnya adalah aktivasi. :D
